Film From the Fair

As I shot my regular daily assignments at the county fair this week, I carried along my little toy camera loaded with 120 film and just photographed scenes that looked interesting to me.

Wednesday was Rodeo night at the fair. I only shot about 20 frames with my digital camera, then ripped through a few rolls of film on my Diana for a small project I've been working on all through fair week.

I was riding in the back of the pace car in the 2nd picture, where an old couple talked to me about their favorite restaurants to eat breakfast at. Apparently "Tony's" has an omelette to die for.

Tunes

For the past few months I've spent the wee hours of the morning recording music. It's great to totally lose track of time and get lost in the recording process in the middle of the night. Some of these songs are completely new and some of them are older bits and pieces that I shaped into new songs. It's a collection of 10 songs - some are stark piano-based songs and others have a lot more sounds and noises going on. I sing on most of them and 2 of them are covers.
